The Iron Gates of Samariá

A group of people walking through a narrow, rocky canyon with towering cliff walls on either side under a clear blue sky.

The Iron Gates are one of the most famous features of the Samariá Gorge hike.

The "gates" aren't actually made of iron but rather are a 4 meters wide section of the gorge with 300 m tall cliffs on either side.
